construction projects. Prior to moving to Southwest Florida in 1996, I owned and managed a general
construction operation in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. My construction experience has spanned over
40 years in ever-increasing areas of responsibility. Experience includes extensive work with Federal, State, and
local county governments, as well as private industry and Fortune 500 corporations. Corporate management
experience includes all facets of General Construction/Construction Management and Estimating,
encompassing commercial, condominium, residential, schools, institutional, retail, tenant build-out, and

Construction Program Management to the New image enhancement of 51 FedEx Ship Centers in (5) different
Regions that took place in (8) States. Work included the Licencing, Permitting, Material and Subcontractor
Managemnt, Scheduling and completion in a fast track means and methods. All physical work took place
when the Ship Centers closed at night and had to be ready to do business when they opened in the morning
and spread across 3 time zones. Project Management was responsible for over 250 changes in design during
the construction period. Work was completed on time and within budget.
