Summary

I have been responsible for all aspects of planning, implementing, and project managing multi-disciplined

construction projects. Prior to moving to Southwest Florida in 1996, I owned and managed a general

construction operation in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. My construction experience has spanned over

40 years in ever-increasing areas of responsibility. Experience includes extensive work with Federal, State, and

local county governments, as well as private industry and Fortune 500 corporations. Corporate management

experience includes all facets of General Construction/Construction Management and Estimating,

encompassing commercial, condominium, residential, schools, institutional, retail, tenant build-out, and

fast-track construction projects. Practical experience includes complete project management, hands-on

estimating, computer-based management systems, conceptual estimates, scheduling, subcontractor/supplier

negotiations and representing owners for large construction projects. My recent experience in Southwest

Florida includes project management construction projects that required complete site development,

infrastructure improvements for schools, multi-story offices, condominiums, and commercial/retail

construction.

management of various construction projects in multiple states through the completion. I have just

completed the renovation of 51 FedEx USA Ship Centers in (5) Regions which included (8) states. Also

managed several Federal Government projects with the Veteran's Administration.

I was responsible for the overall operations for the company in Southwest Florida. National Constructors was

a Owner's Representative, Construction Manager and General Contractor. We managed the Construction

Processes and Programs for many high profile Developers, Non-Profit Organizations, Municipal and

Educational Organizations.

We were responsible for the Architect Selection Process, the Qualified General Contractors selections,

oversaw the complete bidding process, interviewed all potential subcontractors and recommended approvals

for the final Construction / Budget. During construction we oversaw the construction progress, reviewed

progress payments and provided Value Engineering to reduce the overall construction budgets. Managed the

Construction Program Management to the New image enhancement of 51 FedEx Ship Centers in (5) different

Regions that took place in (8) States. Work included the Licencing, Permitting, Material and Subcontractor

Managemnt, Scheduling and completion in a fast track means and methods. All physical work took place

when the Ship Centers closed at night and had to be ready to do business when they opened in the morning

and spread across 3 time zones. Project Management was responsible for over 250 changes in design during

the construction period. Work was completed on time and within budget.

AuSable Valley Central School District Additions and Renovations – Clintonville, NY

January 2012 to May 2013

Project consisted of Preconstruction, Estimating and Project Managing a 200,000 SF / $20,000.000 Complete

Middle School Replacement. Work activities included Asbestos removal, demolition of the existing school

and sports amminities. The entire construction was completed without relocating students to other facilities.

120,000 SF (5) story complete renovation of an existing Steam Plant facility, which provided the electric

power for the island of Key West for over 50 years. Managed the complete construction to completion of

(19) $2.5 MM - $3.0 MM Luxury Residential Units. Work included selective demolition, removal and

disposal of hazardous materials, complete site work development and the construction of the (19) private

elevators, rooftop swimming pools, and Common areas for each of the residential units. Project cost was $

35.0 MM.
